To create a chart and set an appointment I will need your birth date, birth time, and place of birth (city and state). If for any reason you cannot find your birth time, get as close as you can, but I can still do the reading without the exact time. I will need to know where you live for time zone reasons. I will need your phone number to call you. Let me know what days and times work best for you. The reading will be an hour and can be recorded.
The cost for the reading is $350 and can be paid for by sending me a check before the reading or by using a credit or debit card through PayPal. If you are seeing me in person, you can pay at the time of the reading. If you are sending a check, I will give you my address once the appointment is scheduled.
